Get a Room! </strong></h1> <p>Do you need a secure work space? It's easy to create a Place restricted to just you and your chosen guests!</p> <p>Our Get a Room! functionality creates a BlueJean Time Place where you can collaborate and communicate on any project, large or small, to achieve your creative, professional, or personal goals.</p> <p>Each Place is a unique, all-in-one organizational solution that reflects BlueJean Time's insane devotion to simplicity.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Invite one guest... or as many as you like. </strong>Additional guests can be added at any time. The Place is immediately functional, allowing you to dive in and get down to business.</li> <li><strong>Topics</strong> can be used to brainstorm, to debate, to discuss, and to enhance transparent communication on any project. The <strong>Notifications </strong>feature makes it painless to send out a blast e-mail alerting others to the thread. Each topic title is searchable, so that you can find the information you need when you need it.</li> <li>Do you need to make a decision? Are you looking for quick feedback? Members can vote on what to do next with our <strong>Elections</strong> functionality.</li> <li>Are you buried under too much work? Take it one step at a time. <strong>Checklists </strong>organize the upcoming tasks on everyone's To Do list.</li> <li>Safely upload documents in <strong>Files </strong>for collaborative work and easy distribution to every member of your team.</li> <li>Organize appointments, meetings, work schedules, and events.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Choose your guest and Get a Room! </strong></h2> <ul> <li>Click <strong>People</strong> on the <strong>Menu</strong> bar.</li> <li>Find the <strong>User</strong> you want to join your Place in the displayed list. (Note: Entries are displayed in alphabetical order. The list is also searchable by the user's name or part of the user's name.)</li> <li>Click his or her name to proceed to the <strong>Profile</strong> page for that user</li> <li>Click the <strong>Get a Room!</strong> widget.
